The alternation
A free education, paid, certifying or finished by a diploma which will allow you a better professional integration.
The alternation is a formula which allows you to learn but also to gain experience as part of a professional contract. The employee shares his time between school and work, meaning two days for training and three days for working each week.
This formula will allow you:
- to prepare for a state or school diploma,
- to benefit from a first work experience,
- to get your education financed by an OPCA,
- to benefit from a remuneration during your studies,
- to maximize your chances of employability.
The students in an alternation program have the same number of school hours as the students in initial training.
